Photo Permit Request Form

Thank you for inquiring about photography permits at Garfield Park Conservatory. Staff will be in contact in a timely manner to discuss availability. If your date and time are available, a permit needs to be signed and paid for, before booking can be completed. This needs to be done within 14 days of receiving the permit via email, otherwise your permit will be cancelled. Filling out this form just lets us know what you are interested in and IF a permit is available, it will speed up the booking process. Dates for permits must be at least 2 weeks in advance, but no more than 60 days out.

Conservatory or Sunken Garden Usage

*Conservatory only available on weekdays, Sunken Garden available on weekdays or weekends, depending on availability.

Professional ($75) or Non-Professional Permit ($25)

*Non-professional permits are for groups of 6 or less (including photographer) and the photographer is not being paid. Professional permits are for groups of 6 or more (including photographer) or anyone who is paying their photographer to take the photos.

I HAVE READ THE PHOTOGRAPHY INFORMATION REFERENCED IN THE PDF ABOVE. I understand that a permit needs to be signed and paid for, before booking can be completed and this needs to be done within 14 days of receiving the permit via email, otherwise my permit will be cancelled. I also understand that extra photography equipment is not allowed in the Conservatory; Conservatory paths cannot be blocked; the limit for people in a Conservatory photoshoot is 6 people; there are no changing facilities at the Conservatory; all members of my party must stay on marked paths; offensive or revealing clothing is not allowed; photoshoots must occur at the scheduled start time and date and must be finished by the specified end time; refunds cannot be given for photoshoots for any reason, unless our facility has to close for unexpected issues.
